This Privacy Policy describes how Vivid Spark Technology, a brand of VIVYLANDS LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information from visitors to vividsparktech.com (the "Site") and from customers who buy our products from us. By using the Site or buying from us you agree to this Policy.

Vivid Spark Technology is a software studio operated by VIVYLANDS LLC, headquartered in North Carolina, United States. This Site presents our company and products and lets you contact our sales and support teams.

We do not collect government identifiers or precise location on this Site, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
The Site uses your browser's local storage for two things: your language preference and your cookie-consent choice. Analytics cookies are used only if you allow them. You can change your selection anytime via Cookie Preferences.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that make the Site work:

Contact inquiries and voicemails are kept as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable business-records period afterward. Billing and payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Server logs rotate on our hosting provider's standard schedule. Local-storage preferences stay in your browser until you clear them.
The Site is served over encrypted connections (TLS), and inquiry data is accessible only to our team. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; if a breach affects your information we will notify you as required by law.
We may update this Policy from time to time; material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
